I had never been to Burfoot Park, but this Mother’s Day we got to go. We saw so much beauty. The trails were great. Some were very steep and you probably need hiking boots. We even saw a horse being taken for a walk and a swim. I highly recommend visiting this park and if your unsure of which trail your fitness can do, ask someone who is there. I wish I could recommend which trail to take but we only did three and most of them were somewhat slippery and there were a lot of stairs. There was heavy erosion that allowed us to look up at tree roots. Many dogs were walking and swimming!

We haven’t been very fit most of our lives but we have been working out for a year now and were able to do the trails we did do. However my arches were burning by the end of the hills!

This is really a post that focuses on the photos and pretty-ness of the area. I may do some shoots there some time.
